The food is very well executed and the service is as good as you can get in Wilmington. Toscana is one of the best places in the city and my family can rely on them for a great dinner anytime. We had the carpaccio, the calamari, the gnocchi, the chicken and mushroom risotto dish, and a bronzino with lobster beurre blanc
